Stayed at the Boathouse for a week, it was an ideal situation. Far from the maddening crowd on a quite safe site with plenty of parking facilities. The weather was perfect and the trip on the flight from stansted to Toulon on Ryanair was excellent. we hired a car at Toulon/hyeres airport which was very convenient. The beaches at Salin and near Hyeres were lovely golden sand and not overcrowded at all. The restaurants were very good at reasonable cost. The Boathouse was beautifully decorated and fishing equipment and a kayak were available for use and stored in the Boathouse. We would recommend a visit, reasonably priced to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday on the Med. in a lovely area of Provence, also provided were two bicycles to use and explore magnificent countryside. The owner has thought of everything to make your holiday pleasureable. Help is at hand should you require assistance - A & PC
